How to use Aquarelle Paint Eclair? -STEP BY STEP-

Step 2 Apply ULTRA MATT and cure in the lamp (60s). Then wash off the oxygen inhibition layer (sticky layer) using a cotton swab moistened with a cleaner.

Step 3 Gently dip the ICON Brush in water, then take on the decorating paint and apply directly to the nail.
